This is sorta just something I noticed, as of Rwby volume 5 chapter 8 we haven't seen Neo once since volume 3. There's no real evidence that she's dead but there's none that show she's alive either. The last we saw of her she was flying off into a swarm of grimm, desperately holding onto her umbrella. Honestly I hope she's alive and that she's gonna return to fight along side Cinder, Emerald and Mercury.

As much as it pains me to make a theory like this, I did. I was watching red vs blue season 15 episode 5 and I noticed something that I haven't seen anyone point out.  Mainly in Churches lines, when the message Dylan gave them starts playing. He says "This is Church, or Alpha." I didn't notice it the first time I watched it since his dialogue was sorta hard for me to understand, but I watched it again with captions on (cuz occasionally theres some funny junk in the captions) and thats what he said.
